At Walker Blakes, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return subject to the terms outlined below.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery provided that:
• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
• The item shows no signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, alterations, or misuse.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Items returned without original tags or packaging.
• Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or promotional campaigns unless received damaged or defective.
• Gift cards and digital products, where applicable.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, we may require:
• Order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging received
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
4. RETURN PROCESS

After approval, return instructions will be provided. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, handling fees, and other service charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
7. RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS
Walker Blakes reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with this policy or where the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
